This project consisted of carrying out a summative usability evaluation of the Wordpress to know how intuitive the platform is perceived.
This evaluation is a  kind of deductive method of the Usability's evaluation. Here, you can compare several alternatives, assess the performance of a single system or monitor the improvements achieved during development.
In addition, deductive usability tests can also be used to gain design and improvement suggestions.

The process is summarized in the following steps:

• A task was elaborated which the user had to solve in approx. 20 min with wordpress. To carry out this task it was not necessary to have prior knowledge or to have used the platform before.
The user was given time to explore the platform before starting the task.
• After the task's performance, two standardized questionnaires (QUESI & INTUI) were applied to find out and measure the intuitive use of the platform and the user experience.
• A report was written to report the results.

The intuitive use of Wordpress was measured by applying two standardized questionnaires: INTUI (Ulrich & Diefenbach, 2014) and Quesi (Hurtienne & Naumann, 2010).
Components such as Perceived Cognitive Strain, Perceived Goal Attainment, Effortlessness and magic experience were measured to analyze how intuitive the use of wordpress is.
The results of both questionnaires show that wordpress was rated as not entirely intuitive site and the use of the platform did not generate many positive user experiences (INTUI 2.1 of 7, Quesi 2.5 of 5).

This study was conducted for educational purposes and has no scientific relevance because the number of participants does not represent a significant population to generalize the results.
