
PicDesk project was carried out in cooperation with the design agency Phoenix design. The target group was young people who have a lot of pictures on their cell phone and would like to have more structure in their photo gallery.
The pitch of PicDesk reads:
For all those who have too many pictures on their smartphones and would like to have more order and in their picture gallery, PicDesk is a game-app that helps the user to delete pictures intuitively & quickly.
The process is summarized in the following steps:
1. Positive closure experience: how can we say goodbye to products and create a positive experience of it? (Brainstorming & cluster)
2. Thema selection and user research (user interviews & emotion cards)
3. Identification of interview main insights and user pain points
4. Persona
5. Ideation & concept (Oportunity areas, how might we cuestions & experience map)
6. Interactions & visual design (experience maps, interaction flow & wireframing)
7. Presentation of the concept at Phoenix Design in Stuttgart
